In this aerial silks workshop we will create a short choreography focusing on two different aspects: body expression - learning how to apply your personal expression to a certain move/trick making it your own & effort management - learning how to combine dynamic, power and resting movements/figures in order to prolong your endurance while in the air. These two aspects combined will allow you to create not only unique choreographies but also longer ones.

Intermediate/advanced level is required for this workshop.
