In this class Robert Boustany - the founder of Pralaya Yoga - starts of with a beautiful mantra coming from his own heart. The physical practice starts with Sun Salutations and standing poses from the first series of Ashtanga Yoga.

After that we dive deeper into seated poses in which Robert focuses on how to strengthen the quadriceps in a very specific way. Which will help to release tightness in the hamstrings and improve standing poses. This leads into a beautiful explanation on the importance of physical strength for spiritual growth.

In the last part of this 2 hours class we go through a few seated twisting poses using the Pralaya Yoga principles of muscle balance and cyclic movements in order to unleash tightness in fascia lines throughout the body.
