Over de docent
Over Ashley Ashley has her teacher training from Lauren Rudick of Yoga Academy International in Nicaragua. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, her roots come from competitive figure skating and practicing yoga for over 15 years in Vinyasa, Power Flow, Bikram and meditation. She also has a passion in breath work and the chakras which is often integrated into her classes. She loves to explore new styles and techniques and her classes are powerful, playful and inspiring. "Yoga has helped me so much through stressful times. It has centred me and made me discover that life doesn't have to be as complicated as our minds make it out to be. The more we take time to connect to our bodies, breath and the present moment, the more able we are to find inner peace and joy and live our own best life.
