Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is one of the subjects Robert has been studying for years. It is a way to get insight in communication patterns and the filters through which they happen of yourself and others. A tool for personal growth and most of all a tool to improve the quality of your communication that leads to better understanding. Which is very important both as a yoga teacher and as a human being living in the high-speed world.

The lecture ends with a guided meditation that helps to break unconscious filters within yourself in order to be better able to communicate from your highest self instead of the wounded child.
