About the class
On today's menu, we have core arms and shoulders. In this session, I will explain a little bit more as the exercises might involve a little bit more technique in proper form and structure. The key is to start slow and get used to the arms being under almost constant tension. After doing these exercises a couple of weeks the arms will get used to carrying your weight so do give it some time to progress into maintaining the full 45 seconds. Try to think of it as still doing straightforward exercises that will add to your basic form and capabilities.
