BACK TO OLDSCHOOL STRIP PLASTIC - FLOORWORK ELEMENTS

In this tutorial we'll explore the basic elements of floorwork performance as sliding, legs-play and acrobatic elements...of course in oldschool style!

A important focus will be on establishing a connection with the body and muscle tension to understand where and when to apply it in the movements.

An example on how to combine the moves together will also be given, encouraging on experiment with different possibilities creating intention and meaning for their own movements, enhancing this way their presence and performance!
