Welcome to this Strictly Core target session. Target sessions are focused on one specific muscle group mostly to maximize the burn and gain faster results in said muscle groups. They will build up your endurance and increase the level of activity to maintain for example posture but also develop strength. Take your time to get used to the exercises and format your own rate and only start to push more when you don't have to think about the form any longer. This will ensure that you don't stress body parts that aren't ready either in terms of being warm but also in terms of understanding the exercises and which muscles they target. Today we focused on that six-pack ab, straight across the front of the abdomen.
