Over de les

This class is taught in English language. The word Vinyasa can be broken down into its Sanskrit roots: Nyasa means “to place” and vi means “in a special way.” Thus, it plays out as “placing your body into a specific position, while focusing your mind into that place and on correct physical alignment while guided by breath and led by intention.” The class typically starts with a series of sun salutations to warm up and at times is accompanied by music. Advanced asanas may be offered for everyone to try, along with easier variations. This class is recommended for students with at least 3 months of solid practice.

Over de docent

_Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam Husler( E-500RYT) brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making pretty shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally. Educated by globally renown teachers, including Jason Crandell and Michael Stone, Adam specialises in a signature style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa— fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’ Adam believes that yoga is a personally subjective practice of self enquiry, where one thing is for certain: whether a long-time listener, first time caller, or anywhere in between… yoga offers us all plenty of options to challenge and reward. Start small, go slow, practise, and all is coming. With a robust home schedule in London and leading workshops, trainings and festivals continuously around the world, Adam has thousands of teaching hours under his belt. www.adamhusler.com
