Another full-body workout for the books! Started with some Isolated exercises to target all muscle groups and moved to a more movement-based approached from there and a nice banger at the end. Remember to keep dosing your energy throughout the training so you don't burnout out at the beginning. Pacing is key but try to keep it as high as possible.
