You can join our Mat Pilates class at any time. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced Pilates fans and we will give modifications for exercises that require more strength.

All you need is a mat, however if you prefer to have more intensity for some of the exercises, a theraband or some small weights / waterbottles will come in handy. Also a pillow is recommended should you require more cushioning for knees or elbows for some of the exercises.
