Hey there, Welcome to this online class. This was actually the first class we did on here. Started with the original seven which is a recurring staple at the beginning of the workouts. & cardio / strength-based exercises to get the blood flowing. In the main part of the workout, we targeted the core and leg muscles to eventually close it off with some full-body mobility. Try to keep moving and steady your pace. it's not about how many reps you can do but being able to maintain the movements with proper form and a pace that works for you.
