Welcome to this conditioning session!
Today we're living things up with an HIIT-based workout. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training which means we will keep the heart rate up in the middle section of the workout to work up a good sweat.
However, as always don't blast all of your energy from the beginning but do keep a high paced and steady tempo which you will be able to maintain with a good amount of effort.
