    My Yogastudio is een kleine yogastudio in Spijkenisse en biedt Yin Yoga lessen aan in groepsverband, privé en online.

    Yin Yoga is een veel rustigere vorm van Yoga waarbij we door de houdingen langer aan te houden tot dieper gelegen bindweefsel komen door die te rekken en te strekken. We nemen de tijd om naar binnen te keren en focussen op onze eigen ademhaling, die er altijd voor ons is en waar we altijd op kunnen rekenen. Yin Yoga is voor alle niveaus aangezien bijna alle houdingen optie's hebben. Ook gebruiken we vaak yoga props, bolsters en meditatiekussens om ons lichaam te ondersteunen.

    Über das Team

    Mijn naam is Nicole en al 20 jaar maakt yoga deel uit in mijn leven, soms wat meer dan andere jaren totdat ik 4 jaar geleden het roer volledig om moest gooien en op zoek wilde gaan naar mijzelf.  Wie ben ik nou eigenlijk, waar sta ik voor en wat wil ik nou eigenlijk? Simpele vragen die erg moeilijk te beantwoorden zijn als van de een op het ander moment je leven totaal op z'n kop staat.

    In 2017 ben ik begonnen om Yin Yoga lessen te volgen. Heel eerlijk, in het begin dacht ik echt wat doe ik hier maar na een aantal maanden begon ik steeds meer het effect te voelen van Yin Yoga, te voelen hoe het is om in het hier en nu te zijn, bij je anker, je eigen ademhaling.

    In 2019 heb ik besloten om bij de Nieuwe Yogaschool in Amsterdam de Yin Yoga Teacher Training te volgen. In eerste instantie om mijn eigen lichaam beter te leren kennen.

    Tijdens de opleiding wordt je geacht om met een oefen groepje les te gaan geven en toen begon mijn passie voor het les geven. Wauw, het was en is voor mij heel bijzonder om les te geven. Na mijn praktijkexamen gaf mijn examinator aan dat het enige wat ik vanaf nu moet gaan doen is lesgeven en de volgende dag ben ik begonnen met de beginselen van My Yogastudio.

    In maart 2020 ben ik ook begonnen met de kinderyoga opleiding. Hoe leuk is het om kinderen al op jonge leeftijd kennis te laten maken met yoga en ook op hun leeftijd de voordeel er van in te zien.

    My Yogastudio biedt heerlijke rustige Yin Yoga lessen en geeft je de mogelijkheid om werkelijk te ontspannen. Een cadeautje voor jezelf.
    The classes are in Dutch. We also provide yin yoga private classes in English if you prefer.
    Mocht je in de studio komen dan kun je altijd bolsters en meditatiekussens lenen, graag hiervoor een kussensloop of handdoek meenemen om deze te bedekken. Ook verkoop ik speciale hoezen die je kunt gebruiken voor de yogakussens in de studio.
