I’ve started training with Matt more than 2 years ago. It was during the Covid-19 lockdown. It turned out to be a very good decision. I’ve since feel much fitter and healthier. I like that I can train at the comfort of my own home. Furthermore, I feel motivated by Matt and others who participated. The training time at noon also breaks up up my work day nicely. I feel much more energetic to continue working in the afternoon. This will be the exercise regime that I’ll continue for as long as possible.

Absolutely brilliant!! Great variety of workouts that tone and develop all areas of the body. Matt alternates between cardio, weights and non weighted moves. Suitable for beginners or advanced, young and old because you work at your own level and Matt gives tips and advice with demonstrations on correct body posture for each workout to prevent any injuries.

About the Team

These Live online classes were started during a strict lockdown when the gyms were shut and have been perfected since.

The trainer works out with you so you follow along.

They can see and speak to you and help with form and encouragement.

The music!! The mixes are designed with pro sound quality, specifically for the classes, so you can guarantee the music will keep you moving - you may even want to have a little boogie which is totally allowed! :)

Your training doesn't need to be interrupted! · Enjoys being part of a supportive community.
You'll need a good Wi-Fi or Data connection You'll need a device to connect on. Ideally, this should be a screen bigger than a phone. We recommend connecting via a Tablet, a PC or a TV via HDMI. We can help you with this before your first class, so don't worry. You'll need a space to train - doesn't need to be big - can be your living room, your bedroom, your garden, the park, on holiday or wherever you have a good Internet connection! You need a training mat or soft surface to protect your knees, a towel to wipe up your sweat and some water - that's it. All classes are via Zoom, and you will receive a link before the class starts.
You need your own weights for the weighted classes, but we can also provide alternative moves with no weights. For Cardio / HiiT classes just a space, your device, water and a mat is all.
Let us know at least one hour before if possible. We have a Whatsapp group for this.
Not much - have fun. If you're just starting to train, remember; "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step!" Take that step. :)
