An energetic fusion of ballet, pilates and cardio exercises using light weights, a ball and resistance bands. House of Barre classes will give you a full body workout leaving no muscle untouched. The classes are fast-paced and cardio moves are used to increase the heart rate, making this workout super effective and efficient. Our classes are set to upbeat and carefully selected soundtracks. Sculpt, sweat and strengthen your body (and mind!) while having fun!

About the Team
House of Barre was founded in 2019 by Eveline, who discovered her passion for barre training in Cape Town where she lived for 4 years. Back in The Netherlands, Eveline wanted to share her passion and the Capetonian way of barre. With House of Barre she created a boutique style workout space with a positive atmosphere where anyone – beginners and the experienced – can feel comfortable to give their all to create a fitter, stronger version of themselves.
