Feel Good Moms is a beautiful training studio that welcomes pregnant women, fresh moms, established moms and ladies who aren't connected to motherhood. At Feel Good Moms we honour the female body and focus on all the cool things we can do with it, no matter what phase of our lives we are currently in. The workouts promise to be fun, challenging, educational and appropriate for pregnancy/ newly postpartum.

Heel fijne manier van sporten voor vrouwen vóór, tijdens en na de zwangerschap. Goede persoonlijke begeleiding, ook in de groepslessen (max. 6 deelnemers). Leuk persoonlijk contact met de dames van FGM die met je meedenken en je adviseren door écht naar jou te luisteren zonder op te dringen. Vrouwen met bekkenklachten kunnen hier met een gerust hart alle oefeningen uitvoeren omdat er op voorhand rekening wordt gehouden met dergelijke klachten.

About the Team
Miriam Kuster is the founder of Feel Good Moms. She has been in the fitness industry since 2009 and decided it was about time to own her own studio in 2018. She is a certified pre- & postnatal exercise coach, personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach and much more. She enjoys creating a safe place for women and foster a sense of community and support. Through open and raw communication, she is able to make women feel heard and allow them to reach their goals in a maintainable way. Judith is a certified pre- & postnatal coach and mother of a beautiful daughter. She joined the Feel Good Moms team in August 2021, and has a strong passion for working with fellow moms. She is a smart cookie and especially likes to dive into all things technical when it comes to postpartum recovery. She is also a very talented street Latin dancer, and has some great stretch routines up her sleeves. Loes also joined Feel Good Moms in August 2021, and has been training with Miriam for close to 4 years. Loes has 2 gorgeous daughters, and very much understands the true essence of Feel Good Moms. She herself enjoys challenging functional workouts, but at the same time understands the need more moms to build up their strength slowly and logically.
