ABOUT MARCEL

My mission is to make you smile and have fun in class. And to make you enjoy life pain-free!

I’ve been teaching dance classes since I was 18. After a while, I started to get injuries due to the many classes I taught. At least, that was what I thought. Until I found the Egoscue® Method. Oh my, what a difference that made! From going to Physical Therapy and the Chiropractor every week, and sometimes even twice or thrice a week, to no more weekly visits! All due to my “bad” posture. 

It changed my whole life and method of teaching classes. All are intertwined in my classes now and my mission has changed to: make you enjoy life pain-free!

I love to teach all my classes and enjoy the smiling faces of my clients and the fun we have during class.

Mijn missie is om jou te laten lachen en plezier te hebben tijdens de lessen. En om jou pijn-vrij te laten genieten van het leven!

Sinds mijn 18e geef ik ongeveer 12 uur aan danslessen per week. Na een tijdje begon ik blessures te krijgen door de vele lessen die ik gaf. Tenminste, dat was wat ik dacht. Tot ik de Egoscue® Methode vond. Wat een verschil maakte dat! Van wekelijks naar fysiotherapie en de chiropractor gaan, en soms zelfs twee of drie keer per week, tot geen meer wekelijkse bezoeken! Allemaal vanwege mijn “slechte” houding.

Het heeft mijn hele leven en manier van lesgeven veranderd. Alles is nu met elkaar verweven in mijn lessen en mijn missie is veranderd in: jou pijnvrij laten genieten van het leven en om met plezier te sporten!

Ik geniet ervan om alle lessen te geven en blije gezichten in de lessen te zien.

Wil jij na een lange dag werken lekker bewegen? Heb je geen zin meer om de deur uit te gaan en plof je dan liever op de bank? Hoe fijn is het dan om toch te kunnen sporten vanuit je eigen comfortable plek, thuis. Live en interactief!
Test ruim van te voren jouw settings of alles werkt. Zo kan de online groepsles zo goed mogelijk en zonder verstoringen verlopen. Mocht je er niet uitkomen, neem dan contact met mij op zodat ik je kan helpen bij het testen van de settings! Ik doe er alles aan om voor iedereen de online lessen tot een succes te maken. Heb je nog vragen, stel ze gerust!
