With personal training the swim coach and participant work together 1 on 1. This means that the swim coach will adjust every session specific to your swimming level and wishes and write a customized pathway to achieve your goals. Every swimmer is unique, and therefore the approach differs per person, together we decide which approach best suits you.

In general, each training has one main theme, step by step you experience new movements and techniques in order to improve awareness. During a training we spend 45 minutes in the water, so that there is enough time to get used to the exercises and to simplify or aggravate and analyze the consequences as soon as slight fatigue occurs.

In addition, attention is paid to a thorough warm-up and muscle activation; the basis of a good swimming stroke already starts on the side of the pool. A training plan will be drawn up with a varying training schedule and tips for independent use.
