This class with Astrid is only for students who have practiced with her (or Marsha) in the studio.

Please make sure to login approx. 5 minutes before starting time of the class.

Set yourself up so your mat (thus your feet) and your entire body (head to toe) is visible.

Keep in mind that during the sitting sequence you will have to adjust the position of the screen to have your mat totally visible again.
