A 4 lesson course in breathwork, for a healthy, 'well-thy' life! Learning how to use our breath to soothe the mind, connect to the heart and thrive in our daily lives! Learning how to bring yoga/breath practice into our day, rather than spending our day trying to get to yoga!!!
Each lesson will include: Easy posture and movement Poetry, music and silence One specific breath technique which can be integrated into daily life
The course includes 4 weekly lessons taught on Sunday from 19.30 - 21.00 and optional suggestions and practice videos for those curious about the effects and benefits of a daily practice!
