This packet offers two workshops to prepare for labor: Body Read Birth workshop and the Birth Partner workshop.

What is the difference between the two workshops?

In the "Body Ready Birth workshop", you will learn how and why it is important to create the necessary space for your baby. Moreover, this approach helps you during pregnancy to restore the balance in your body so that you have less discomfort and pain, and it gives you tools you can use during childbirth if it becomes challenging. This powerful workshop helps reclaim the body’s natural wisdom for birth in a world that’s made it forget!

This workshop is new in the Netherlands and currently only 2 certified Body Ready Method®Pro's are allowed to offer it.

In the "Birth Partner Workshop" we focus on the physiology of childbirth, the different phases of labour, positions that can help with this and breathing techniques. Your birth partner will get tips and tools to support you during labour such as, for example, massage techniques and counter-pressure techniques.

Both workshops complement each other and give a very nice preparation. You can book them separately or if you choose both, there is a discount of €20. Then buy the "Duo Birth Package”.
