Barre Booty is a 1 hour barre based intensive glute burn class. While the focus is on the glutes, this is still a full body workout. 80% of the focus is on the glutes, but we will incorporate a little bit of arm work and of course always using the core to stabilize. No equipment is necessary for this workout. It would help to have a chair, or anything for stabilisation. If you do have a mat, workout bands or weights to add extra burn- then great! This class is perfect for you If you are looking to tone the booty!
