Rumah YogaDeze sessies hebben een basis in Mindfulnessbeoefening, maar er komen ook andere technieken aan bod, zoals Metta (loving kindness) meditatie. Ze worden afwisselend begeleid door verschillende docenten. We mediteren ongeveer 30-45 minuten en voor en na de meditatie is er ruimte voor uitwisselen en een kop thee. Er is geen ervaring met meditatie vereist. We stellen deze sessies ook open voor het mooie initiatief van Stadsverlichting.
