In this 2-hour Yin and Reiki class you will be guided by Clara to relax into your body through gentle, long held yin poses. As you deepen into each pose you will receive the gift of healing channelled through Clara, a highly experienced Reiki & Energy healer.

She will use ancient Reiki symbols along with her hands-on healing to support and balance your auric field and energy system. Every participant will receive healing.

In the Yin practice you will experience the energetic modalities of the 5 Chinese elements: earth, metal, water, wood and fire. This yin sequence will balance the Chi energies and draw you deeper into your centre tapping into your vital force, the Chi within. As the sequence unfolds you will be led to greater states of receptivity allowing the universal energy to flow into you bringing healing, rejuvenation, balance and wholeness.

Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels, l bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. My classes are as demanding as you want them to be and there is a lot of freedom to modify the poses depending on what you need. I teach in a way that lets the student experience for themselves the beauty of the Yoga path. My goal is that the students find that sacred place in the class and in themselves.

If the Participant cancels his or her registration later than 10 days weeks before the scheduled Workshop, the registration fee is not refunded.
