Sound Healing with Singing Bowls

"Sound Healing" is based on the principle that all matter vibrates at a specific frequency. These frequencies resonate within our DNA. In the body, every organ, every tissue, every cell vibrates at its own frequency.

The sound vibrations of the singing bowls are powerful and have a positive influence in the body, in our mind, feelings and emotions. Our body consists of about 75% water. That's why the vibrations of the bowls conduct well in the body.

This is so relaxing that it helps to relieve headaches, anxiety, sadness, stress and pain. It promotes sleep, boosts creativity and can bring you new insights about problems that you have been dealing with for a long time.

Paris Lopez has been dedicate to music for almost his entered life, performing Classical Piano in many countries of EU. 

Since 2011 he has started his spiritual path. He went through different traditions of meditation and yoga, such as Vipassana (Goenka), Zen Buddhism, and practiced many different active meditations (Osho). Since 6 years ago he has devoted himself to Tibetan Buddhism. As a follower of the Buddha teachings, he tries to help to sentient beings on their own path. This quest took him to holy places in Nepal and following a Singing Bowl Sound Healing Course at the "Kathmandu Center for Healing".

From 2019 he combines his musical knowledge/background with meditation and singing bowls with the intention to connect and bring harmony, balance, peace and mental health.
