Get to know your energy flow ~ Learn to give Reiki to yourself!The practice of Reiki for oneself is the ultimate self-care/self-love treatment! Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that focuses on moving universal life energy to support the natural healing process. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy. The goal of the Level 1 designation is to focus on practicing Reiki on oneself, thereby working through your own personal obstacles.

Students are provided with the opportunity to study the course content at a relaxed pace that fits their lifestyle. Upon successful completion of the course, students shall earn their Reiki Level 1 Certificate. Completing this course is the first step toward becoming a Reiki Practitioner.

Haar studenten melden dat ze zich beter voelen, er beter uitzien en leven een meer evenwichtig leven als gevolg van haar holistisch gezondheid en welzijns coaching, massage technieken, meditatie en Ayurvedische levensstijl lessen.Pami-Peace is bekend door het beoefenen van wat ze doceert naar haar studenten toe. Door de wereld van het lichaam / geest / spiritualiteit te bestuderen is haar eigen leven na 20 jaar werkzaam te zijn geweest in een stressvolle Amerikaanse samenleving compleet veranderd. Pami maakt gebruik van vergelijkbare methoden en benaderingen met haar klanten/studenten die haar zelf hielpen haar te genezen en te transformeren in haar eigen leven.
