If you love splits in the pole, this is the workshop for you! In this 1,5 hours workshop Valentina will teach you her favourite pole splits. You will learn nice tricks and combinations which will focus on your leg flexibility and will give beautiful shapes in the pole.

At least intermediate level is required for this workshop and you should be able to do a front split (at least almost ;)).
