Workshop Contemporary Pole by Maria Kuchowicz

In this 1,5 hours workshop you’ll learn to move more gracefully and to execute and finish your moves with elegance. You will work on making beautiful lines with your body, your sense of musicality and your expression using dynamic movements around the pole. This will result in a nice choreography in which techniques from contemporary dance and techniques from pole dancing will be combined.

For this workshop at least Pole Beginners 1 level is required. Don’t forget to bring socks and knee pads!
