Acu Yin = Acupressure + Yin Yoga

In this innovative workshop, we will learn about Five Elements 五行 and related Meridians 經絡, Acupressure Points 穴位 of Traditional Chinese medicine’s (TCM) 中醫. Also, we will practice how to immerse the theory in a nourishing Yin Yoga practice with acupressure / self-massage with the hand and the Acu stick for Qi stimulation. It helps us clear the blockages, release the tension, open up the connective tissues and enhance a free flow of Qi for a deep relaxation and longevity.
