The theme for this session will be Aparigraha, which is often translated as non-attachment. Aparigraha is the last Yama in Pantanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga. Clara will guide you into a sequence where you will move through the asanas with no attachment to the outcome. Free yourself from the outcome and learn how to enjoy the journey. Especially during this time of the year we get attached to the idea of how this year should look like, we make lists and set goals and most of the time we forget that it is not about the destination but the journey.

In this 2-hour Yin and Reiki class, you will be guided by Clara to relax into your body through gentle, long-held yin poses. As you deepen into each pose you will receive the gift of healing channeled through Clara, a highly experienced Reiki & Energy healer.

She will use ancient Reiki symbols along with her hands-on healing to support and balance your auric field and energy system. Every participant will receive healing.

In the Yin practice, you will experience the energetic modalities of the 5 Chinese elements: earth, metal, water, wood, and fire. This yin sequence will balance the Chi energies and draw you deeper into your center tapping into your vital force, the Chi within. As the sequence unfolds you will be led to greater states of receptivity allowing the universal energy to flow into you bringing healing, rejuvenation, balance, and wholeness.
