You can bring your own training material or use the silks provided in the gym There is wifi and centralised heating

Please help us keep the space clean by tidying up after yourself, including:

• Cups and dishes​
• Water bottles
• No shoes inside

Please listen to the host as they are responsible for:

• open and closing of the space
• controlling attendance by using the booking system
• point of contact for questions from visitors
• making sure the space is left clean and tidy
