This Teacher Training 200H weekend we focus on Special Needs & Yoga Philosophy.

Saturday 9:00 - 17:00 - Opening Circle - Joined Yoga Flow Practice led by Ellen - Yoga Scriptures: Bhagavad Gita. During the afternoon Dorinda will share insights on this beautiful piece of wisdom and we will discuss verses in subgroups. Please bring your own version of the Bhagavad Gita with you if you have one. Zondag 9:00 - 17:00 - Special Needs Yoga: during the morning Dorinda will start off talking about the common special needs that you might encounter in your classes (pregnant women, elderly people, common injuries) and how to adjust your class and instructions in order for them to enjoy a safe practice. She will combine verbal explanation with a practice in which you can experience and learn the adjusted poses yourself. - 8 Limbs of Yoga: in the afternoon we will discuss the system of yoga with the 8 limbs. - Closing Circle
