The Gyrotonic ® Method utilizes a specialized equipment designed by the creator, Juliu Horvath, to guide, assist and challenge the practitioner. The equipment can be adjusted to fit each person's unique physique and ability. It helps athletes to improve their performance and rehabilitation practitioners to recover post injury. The exercise sequences on the equipment improve the range of motion, strength and flexibility through all over the body, decompressing the joints and the mobilizing the vertebral spine. By opening energy pathways and stimulating the nervous system, this unique sequences of spiraling and circular movements create balance, a rejuvenated sense of energy and peace.
