Welcome! As you make use of our space, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and pleasant experience for all:

1. Training Materials: You are welcome to bring your own equipment or make use of the silks and hoops that we provide. 

2. Amenities: Our space is outfitted with Wi-Fi and central heating for your convenience and comfort.

3. Self-guided Training: Please note that this is a self-guided training environment, and no formal lessons or supervision are provided. We trust you to exercise caution and work within your capabilities.

4. Cleanliness: Respect for the space and other users includes cleaning up after oneself. Please wash and store all used cups, dishes, and water bottles, and leave the area as you found it.

5. Shoes: To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space, we kindly ask that shoes be removed before entering.

6. Respect the Host: The host is in charge of managing the space and performs tasks such as opening and closing, tracking attendance through the booking system, and fielding questions from visitors. Please heed their instructions.
