During this class we freestyle combinations on pads with a partner, you will need to setup your own fight simulations. Last part of the training is sparring and clinching. For this class you will need to bring your own gloves, mouth guard, shinguards, elbow and knee pads. This class is NOT for beginners and you need to have an invite from the Kru to join.
