Jessica is an internationally acclaimed Jivamukti® Yoga teacher and mentor. She is resident teacher in Jivamukti Yoga New Jersey, USA. She serves as a mentor in Jivamukti TT and apprentice teaching program and teaches the Jivamukti Method internationally across the globe. Jessica loves to teach a wide range of students, from beginners through advanced practitioners, and has worked closely with those who are recovering from injury. And she is especially great with teaching teachers! Her classes incorporate dynamic movement, often choreographic sequencing, with special attention to alignment and modification options. Classes are infused with a variety of inspiring music, meditation, and spiritual teachings.
