Community & Connection - Our Women's Circle July

Community & Connection is the journey to create a supportive, safe space where women come together to share, build community and connect with one another and with themselves.

In our first Women's Circle, Nicole will welcome guests into this new community and space. She will set an intention for our women's circles, guide us through a heart-opening yoga flow, and host a Cacao and functional mushroom* ceremony.

Our intention is that you will leave this circle with a sense that you have found a space where you can meet with like-minded women in a welcoming and loving environment, a space where you can be yourself, speak your truth, and feel confident and comfortable within your body.

*The mushrooms used for the Ceremony are functional mushrooms, meaning they are non-psychoactive and will not give you the feeling of being “high'.

​ About Nicole Fenner: Nicole Fenner is a Yoga Instructor and Health and Nutrition Consultant. She loves to move and to cook, and enjoys exploring any and all aspects of holistic health. Nicole believes that we are ever changing, using curiosity as a philosophy towards approaching life, and the multidimensional aspects of who we are as individuals.

Nicole is excited to host our Womens' Circles, and to share some of the personal experiences and knowledge she has gathered on her journey.
