Sacred Cacao Ceremony - Full Moon Edition

SACRED CEREMONY//

In order to call new things into our experience, we need to release what no longer serves us, to lovingly honour and let go that which has been. Join us on the first Oct full moon to open space within and create a deep release in body, mind and spirit.

This two and a half-hour ceremony is the combination of the ancient ritual of cacao drinking, sound bowls & Yin Yoga creating a heart-opening experience expanding your self-reflection and awareness of your body and mind.

It’s an experience-based ceremony where the emphasis is put on the inner process. The combination of sacred cacao combination with the sound bowls & Yin yoga allow you to delve into a deeper sense of rest and reflection

SACRED CACAO//

Cacao is regarded as a sacred medicinal plant and has been used for healing/ritualistic purposes for many centuries in ancient civilisations. Contemporary cacao that one consumes in daily life has been roasted and processed in a way that it has lost most of its health and spiritual benefits. Ceremonial cacao is grown and cultivated in the traditional way that the “spirit of cacao” and healing properties have been preserved. The active ingredients of the ceremonial cacao can work as a heart opener unlocking one's heart chakra, allowing us to sink into our bodies and connect to our heart in an authentic way. The cacao elixir is safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.

SOUND BOWL//

A Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience in which the participants bathe in the waves of the sounds produced by the Singing Bowls.The vibration and frequency of the sound bowls as powerful forces that influence life all the way down to the cellular level.

YIN YOGA//

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, softer style of yoga aimed to strech and release the body on a deeper level nourising our nervouse system allowing the body to rest and recharge

FACILITATORS//

Fi has been leading sacred cacao ceremonies for over 4 years and combines her expertise with the ancient wisdom of Yoga

Michaela is both certified in Yin Yoga & Reiki has been working with the Crystal Bowls for the past two years facilitating healing sound bath and workshop.

GOOD TO KNOW//

✧ Wear comfortable/movable clothes

✧ Bring your own Matt & blanket to put over the props

✧ Don’t eat too much food before the ceremony, as the effect of the Cacao might not be felt

✧ If you are on antidepressant please contact us beforehand as some antidepressant medication doest mix well with the cacao

✧ Drink plenty of water during the ceremony. Headache may occur as cacao is a natural diuretic.
