Honouring and celebrating the #LGBQT AND Black Indigenous People of Colour community. All donations go straight to Black Queer Trans Resistance NL, a local community and activist group in Amsterdam countering racism, transphobia and homophobia through marches, intergenerational meet-ups and archival work. #blackpridematters #blacklivesmatter #pridemonth

Karo Tak

Über

Karo Tak is a vegan chef, Jivamukti yoga teacher and animal rights activist. She travels the world to teach Jivamukti Yoga and spread the word for all animals. She dedicates herself to several animal rights projects, she runs her own vegan cheese company: GOPAL VEGAN CHEESE & has her own podcast: Go for your life. She started teaching in Sydney Australia, she taught internationally and she ran her own vegan cafe in Lisbon for four years where she taught weekly classes, she is now about to start her own food, yoga and activism tour travelling all over Europe (and the US) all through 2020. Karo’s classes are dynamic and energetic with a smashing play-list, teachings drawn from her own life experience and work as an animal rights activist.
