Conscious lapdance.... We all have unique qualities. Some women move with fire and intensity, while others have a more intimate and soft expression. I want to create a safe space of exploration into sensuality and embodiment. You will learn some moves and tricks on each other, as well as the power of doing less.

I want to welcome you into the world of feeling and authentic expression through The Art Conscious Lapdance.

You will learn: Tricks on the chair/ lap. Sensual floor movements _ Experience both giving and receiving lapdances.

Please come at least 10 min before the workshop so you have time to change

No experience needed
It is common for students to be nervous for their first class. I create a safe environment through sharing, mindfulness & embodiment tools.

Bring:

– kneepads (or legwarmers)

– clothes you feel sexy in

– extra layers to take off (optional)

– high heels (optional)

SoulSeductress

The core of all the SoulSeductress classes is about self love, whether through yoni yoga, tantra, sensual dance, chairdance, partner dance or conscious lapdance. To me self-love is a growing acceptance of your body, your feelings, your skills and a commitment to express (dance!) and nurture your inner world. Dance is an amazing tool, because the body gives away through posture, micro expression & breath what words can mask.

The name SoulSeductress is a reclaiming of any negative associations with The Art of Seduction or any variations of these words.

When I think of SoulSeduction I imagine a dance between souls. To be seduced on the level of the soul is when something happens that melts your heart a little. It can be something small and genuine, like the way someone smiles or a moment of vulnerability. To seduce someone on the level of the Soul is an unveiling of layers, labels or masks. To show a deeper part of yourself, and in doing so inviting the other.

My name is Ariana Lara Norcia, under the name SoulSeductress I combine tantra, dance & sensuality as tools to bring a deeper sense of embodiment and wholeness. People tend to find me when they are working on being more present in their (physical, emotional, energetic) bodies. Sensuality has been an amazing approach to bringing joy into overworked, traumatized, or desensitized bodies. One firm belief that has helped me through life and in working with people is that the love of our hearts holds the capacity to heal every part of us and more. While studying as a dance teacher I simultaneously studied tantra, and later on continued with bio-dynamic therapy. What I have found most valuable was tuning into my inner world. Trusting my intuition, bodily wisdom, and sensitivity has allowed me to work in depth with my clients via rasalila and beyond. Welcome to this body, welcome to this life... Welcome home
