If you have little or no experience with pole dancing, this is the perfect course for you!
In 10 classes you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance techniques. Learn how to spin, climb, move smoothly up and down and all around the pole and build your strength in preparation of your first inversion.
Not only will you have lots of laughs during class, you will notice it’s a great workout, too.

Eleni started pole dancing in Greece and fell in love with the sport quickly. After moving to the Netherlands she started teaching pole classes at Studio Aeris, her favorites being Pole Flow and Pole L5.
