Cursus: Partner Stretching & Thai massage by Shakti & Shanti

~Lizzl Shakti ~ Lizzl has a background in gymnastics, yoga, music ,dance and circus. She studied music as a child, went to University to learn languages and translation and continued after with studies at Massageschool , Theatre school, followed up by Yoga Teacher Training. Recently she added Aerial Yoga as a specialism. Later she got involved in circus and next to performing (20 years of street theatre and aerial shows) she specialised also in teaching. Currently she works in different studio”s training adults in aerial acrobatics (silks,hoop and trapeze), aerial yoga, poledance and stretch classes and also teaching aerial acrobatics to kids and teenagers. Creating duo's and performing to music are items she loves to share. Last year she tought a massage workshop at Rasalila and this year she hooked up with Annelie Shanti to create a massage and partnerstretch workshop combining and sharing our skills. Come over, bring a partner if you can, and enjoy! ~ Annelie Marquerite ~ Annelie Marquerite (Shanti) has a background in gymnastics, martial arts, acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage. Movement and music are her passions and made an tremendous positive impact on her live. She teaches ArialYoga and Arial Hammock Play @ Rasalila and in her studio 'Shanti Space' she teaches yoga to adults, kids and families where she combines different yoga styles like Acroyoga, Partneryoga and Arialyoga. 15 years ago she discovered Thai massage through AcroYoga @ Rasalila and was fascinated by it's amazing effects on the body and mind and decided to study at the ITM (International Thai Massage School) in Amsterdam and Chiang Mai - Thailand. She especially loves movements where partners are involved; it gives an extra dimension of not only connecting with yourself but also with another soul and go deeper into your practice. Even more in these times, connecting with your loved ones is essential for well being. Partner stretching and Thai massage are a great way to connect, share and discover. So we decided, Lizzl and Annelie, to create this workshop as a present to our fellow human beings and make this planet a shanti place! Let's share and connect, namasté !
