Connective Communication Course 1

Become better at connecting to yourself and others, make life more wonderful.

NOTE: The first two session will be online. If the lockdown will be extended then the whole course will be rescheduled.

What will I learn? In these five, 2 hour sessions we will dive into the essence of Non-Violent Communication and Circling: Connection.

My way to teach is to dive right in, simple exercises will bring up questions in you. Interactively we find clarity together.

I believe that the key lies in having a crystal clear intention, to connect to what is happening in the other person at this moment. I would call that Empathy. When we keep this intention, the words we utter will lead to connection. Especially when we also manage to stay connected to ourselves.

How to keep your intention clear is the journey. Words, even a look can sweep us away, have us fall back into reactive responses. As we take in more understanding each session, we will be training these new Connection-muscles together.

Beginners in NVC tend to trip over words, often bringing up much resistance in the people they 'try NVC on'. I will help you to use your body as a compass, to feel in stead of overthinking your choice of words.

For whom? These lessons are open to anyone who wants to learn this life enriching way of communication.

Useful information Really try to come each session, it will help you. Come even on days you feel tired, angry or sad, those things are part of life. Here we deal with life as it comes. Naturally any Covid Symptomes are a good reason not to come :)
