Transforming Anger is a new 3-day course developed by Gil, the founder of the MoveMeant method, specifically for people who have a hard time expressing their anger healthily. This can be because one unknowingly suppresses their emotions, are not aware of them at all or, for example lose themselves in their anger.

In this course, we dive into the underlying motive, which ultimately serves your purpose of not fully stepping into one's power. Somewhere down the line, someone might have diminished our anger, or we feel that we hurt someone, resulting in a warped view of this emotion. This course is focussed on finding awareness of, relation to and transforming anger through dance, movemeant and theory.
We will do so by using 2 MoveMeant layers of our method: Layer of Emotions (water) and Layer of Power (Fire).
By tapping into these layers, we will help you to gain more awareness and understanding of why and how we got this point to start to change our behaviours and break through patterns for a different outcome.

You can expect 3 days of dance, movement, different solo- and group assignments, and theory. You don't need to have experience in dance or sports per se. We are open to all levels and would love to encourage you to learn from each other. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced mover, non-dancer or pro dancer, whether you would like to implement the body in becoming more aware of your mind, or becoming a better mover; the MoveMeant Method is beneficial in all these cases.

About the MoveMeant MethodAmenti Movemeant's Method is a transformative method created by Gil 'Gidori' Gomes Leal, which spreads awareness about the connection of the body and mind and gives tools for expanding the capabilities of self-expression and -awareness.The Method uses layers to have a structure to work from. Every layer represents an area of life within the human experience, links to a specific way of moving and a corresponding element. Some people have a natural association with a particular layer, either in movement or behavior, and an aversion or difficulty connecting to another layer. All of this tells us something about who you are.

Payment
As we want to stay inclusive for as many people as possible, we work with a 'Pay As You Can' system, meaning we have three price possibilities when choosing the tickets. The first one is for people with less to spend. The second one is for those who feel they have a little more to spend but not the full amount. The third one is for those who have a little more to spend and can support us fully. Pay As You can!
