AUTUMN: Friday yoga in the chapel

A course of 8 hatha yoga lessons- multi level, from 29th October! until 17th December

'' flowing through the dark' is the season's theme, where the asana will be fluid and nourishing, structured and balanced with flow and yin based hatha yoga especially for the legs an hips. The series includes FREE participation in the Sunday morning class on zoom or receive as playback when requested! Two lessons for the price of One!!! I am so happy to think that this may inspire you to 'do' more yoga!
