Workshop: AcroYoga Easy Elementals

Acroyoga is a playful way to connect with yourself and each other, using elements from yoga, acrobatics and massage. You will work together as duo 's and in small groups so we can support eachother learning how to fly! Koos and Floortje create a relaxed atmosphere for you to discover the basics of AcroYoga.

What we will do in this workshop - Circle ceremony - Partner yoga - Basic AcroYoga - Thai Massage

Experience: The workshop is for everyone. With or without experience with (Acro)Yoga. To bring: You do NOT need to bring a partner for this workshop (but of course you can).
