Cursus: Burlesque #4 "You Gotta Have a Gimmick"

PLEASE READ PREREQUISITES BEFORE SUBSCRIBING TO THIS COURSE: To subscribe for this course you must at least meet the conditions of 1 or 2:- 1.1 Have done at least 2-3 of the 'regular' Burlesque courses at rasalila or the Burlesque Theatre Elementals course- 1.2. AND have consulted Flora Gattina / Floortje Laan before you join- 2. OR have done the You Gotta Have a Gimmick course before.Subscribing to this act development course is no guarantee for a spot. Flora will do an assessment when necessary, for example in case of when it is your first time joining or when you have dropped out during a course a previous time.***

Did you already join a couple of burlesque courses and would you like to get on stage with your own solo act? This is the course for you! This is THE course to develop your own solo act and to create your own unique Burlesque style. Do you love classic-, neo-, or comedy Burlesque? Everything is possible! At the end of the course a spot in the Amsterdam School of Burlesque show in Boom Chicago is guaranteed.

This group will exist of a maximum of 10 people

Miss Flora Gattina, Dark Salty Coco and guest teachers in burlesque and theatre will guide you during this course to get the most out of your creative process! In five classes, 1 of which is a private class, spread over 15 weeks, you'll work on music, costume, dancing, acting and most of all you 'stage presence' and, of course, what makes you unique. Because: You gotta have a gimmick!!

When you join this course you are sure to have a spot on stage at Boom Chicago!

IMPORTANT: for the development of your act and to get your spot on stage, IT IS NECESSARY TO BE PRESENT FOR ALL CLASSES & ALL REHEARSALS.

Private classes: take place on October 21 between 15:00 - 22:00 & October 22 between 12:00 - 15:00, the exact time of your private class will be set when the course has started.
