AUTUMN Wednesday morning in the chapel

A course of 8 hatha yoga lessons- multi level, from 27th of October until 15th of December!

'' Flourishing in the dark' is the season's theme, where the asana will be fluid and nourishing, yet still structured and balanced with flow and yin based hatha yoga especially for the legs an hips. All lessons will balance the energy of the season and though mostly conveyed though asana, informed by classical teachings from the ayurvedic and non-dual tantric traditions. The series includes FREE participation in the Sunday morning class on zoom or receive as playback when requested! Two lessons for the price of One!!! I am so happy to think that this may inspire you to 'do' more yoga!
