WINTER Friday morning "Tending the fire"

A course of 7 hatha yoga lessons- multi level, from 12th of January until 23rd of February!

WINTER '' Tending the fire' is the season's theme, where the asana will be focused, strengthening yet non-competitive. The side bodies and core muscles will get extra attention and back bends and arm balances will be introduced with options for all levels. All lessons will balance the energy of the KAPHA season and though mostly conveyed though asana, informed by classical teachings from the ayurvedic and non-dual tantric traditions.
