Have you been dreaming about learning silks for a while? Then this is the perfect lesson to start with!

During one hour and a half we will be working on your strength, flexibility and providing you with elements to start flying with us.

Being on the air requires strength and flexibility, but also safety principles that we will embed from the very first practice. For this lesson you can expect a well balanced mix that will lift you high in energy and get you started in this beautiful discipline.

No previous experience required.

Imagine holding yourself 5 meters in the air while preparing for a silk combo or a drop (how cool is that!)
